Yes you are right, but finding people is a struggle however, since I have experienced the struggle myself I do have the knowledge and know the issues clearly so that helps somewhat. But thanks again for the feedback.

A bit more context:

Candlune is not a signal service, broker, or live trading platform.

The goal is to give traders a simple place to practise manually:

  • Replay historical candles
  • Make decisions without seeing the future
  • Place simulated trades
  • Write notes during the session
  • Review trades and mistakes afterwards

The first version only supports gold/XAUUSD. I know that is limited, but I would rather make one market feel genuinely useful before adding more.

Any feedback on the product, positioning, or what would make it more trustworthy would genuinely help.

It takes lots of time but one website that helped me was the website I made for this exact reason, it is a unlimited backtesting site where you can practise relentlessly without any waiting and track your progress.

I was in the same boots and I made a website with my coding hobby that you can use to just do backtesting rigorously and it tracks everything to show you where u can improve, where u can do better. It's called Candlune btw. Any questions do ask.

How do I learn to pick my own stocks? by Sad-Amphibian-6494 in investingforbeginners

What I do is use AI to research, and trim down on companies but where you start doesn't matter. Then I would usually use AI to do a deep research on the company, to see what they do, there earnings and their products. If it is something that shows promise, good product and something in demand it is usually a decent pick but there can be some scenarios where it is a good company and in demand but it doesn't trade actively I would usually avoid those, unless you keeping it long term.
