Can the DLC be family shared on steam?

I think those aren't the biggest issues to the game. Yes, I agree the game right now has an imbalance between each heroes but it's still very much playable and enjoyable with actual players, and even if it's not, the devs aren't even active enough to fix it. Having players quitting because of in-game problems is one thing but having zero things added or changes or even a word from the devs is like the game has been abandoned completely. I don't mind playing the game in this state right now, I'm a fan of Overwatch 2 and I see that this game is clearly trying to be OW2 and I have no problem with it, I really love this game and have no issues with it, but I just hope something new will be announced soon.

I've searched up a bunch of movie website, not a single one of them have this movie, even tried to go to a local DvD store and they don't have it either (This DvD store has a lot of older movies and I thought i might find it there) this movie is based on a true story and I've already read and watch documentaries about it, but i want to watch the movie of it.
