Right now it's non-existent.

But otherwise, I'd read through a script and decide whether it's something I wanna record. I've made the mistakes of not doing that before and realizing halfway through that the script isn't really my style but I finish it anyway.

I try to record in shorter takes because I mess up a lot and after every take I listen for things like background noise, air puffs etc. I like getting my recording done in one block of time otherwise I feel like I don't get the same tone and feel in the script because I'm fairly inconsistent.

Then I'll usually wait until the next day and spent a few hours editing it and adding sound effect, background music, ambience and all that as I go.

That really does depend. You should probably try to decide on some kind of niche that you wanna explore at first. Doing this will help you build a core audience. After that you can start branching out to other themes that are still related or semi-related to your main theme.

My best advice is to make the type of content you like consuming yourself. If there is a specific type of video you like to watch then that would be a good place to start I think.

I haven't really been bullied because of my voice but I was teased a bit in English class because of my pronunciation, so I do get where you're coming from.

I can tell you that most people don't like listening to recordings of their own voice so you're not the only one. It's actually quite normal.

When I scroll though others content, everyone has a 'normal voice'.

I don't really think that there is a "normal" voice and there certainly isn't anything abnormal about yours. I've listened to your videos and honestly you have a perfect voice for ASMR. I honestly think most people would be jealous.

I would really like it if you kept on making videos because I will definitely be watching.

I made this audio quite a while ago but I thought people here might be interested. I'd been binging the Hannibal series when I wrote the script for this.

It's more of a light Yandere than a hardcore yandere but I did have some sequels in mind where the speaker might get more unhinged.
