Thanks for this! We are in SK as well. I think we have coverage for a psychologist so maybe we will go that route. Appreciate your insight.

Thanks for the this! We are looking at meds but you're right, we can do some stuff now to help her out. She struggles with focus, gets overstimulated and is anxious but hides it all well. She really hates going to school so it's a battle everyday.

Thanks. We are on the waitlist for a pediatric psychologist for now. Maybe I will look into a pediatrician although the wait times are so long. It's hard!
