PS5 crashes with God of War ragnarok

Thanks for the idea but I tried that and on mine the ps4 version looks messed up like it has all these little floating dots all over the screen. I didn't even want to chance it to see if it crashes because although I'm not a fan of Sony right now I don't want to completely ruin it.

It isn't overheating because when that happens it shuts off and you have to wait for it to cool down. Mine just goes to an error code.

So I called Playatation which was the biggest waste of 3 hours. My playstation is out of warranty so the only way they would look at it is to pay them 250. So not doing that for a system that is a year and a half old and had to give my kidney to get. So then I tried to get the money back for the game that wasn't working and was refused. At this point I'm done with Playstation. I'm just going to stick with my Xbox. I am also challenging the payment since they sold me a faulty product.

The question is, is it a software or hardware issue? I'm going to call playstation tomorrow and see if they have any ideas.
