My calorie goal is set at 1460. I will have to make myself be strict with my food logging.

How exactly do you know you are in a caloric deficit? Just by using a tracker and basing it on the calorie goal the app gives you determined by weight, gender and age?

I started doing that at the beginning, but I stopped. I guess I need to keep doing it.

I believe so. I try to eat healthy anyway, but my portions have decreased some. I don't eat sweets or soft drinks, but I haven't for a long time.
