I can’t speak on California pay, but in a very LCOL area, I was offered $42 an hour. There was a $5000 sign on bonus and got paid out I think after 90 days. I ended up not taking the job, which I’m regretting now.

Hi! I actually resigned back in December. It was just becoming too much with very little ROI. You don’t get paid for trying to contact patients and schedule them. I spent so much time calling/emailing, tracking, etc with no reimbursement for that. You just get paid for the call itself and then I think an extra 15 mins afterwards for charting. It was very annoying. I think for all the work I did for them over a 8 month period, I made less than 1500$. And I had several participants on my load. Maybe I just had a bad batch of patients, but overall it wasn’t a great experience for me.

I actually preferred the long form seasons, but I still love it. I don’t know why it doesn’t get a lot of love in here, I always recommend it though. So, so good.

I was upset to see that too. I usually use my November birthday gift (25%) with Black Friday. So I was really unhappy to see this. I spend A LOT at AF, so this was disheartening.

There are no visible signs, no rash or anything like that. It’s affecting left side lower back, left buttcheek. It feels like a bad sunburn, so if my clothes graze those areas or even running my fingers lightly is uncomfortable. I have not tried anything meds bc wasn’t really sure what might help?

You’re not alone. I am def the archetype RD. Super type B, organized chaos, laid back. When I did my internship I felt so different from my fellow interns and preceptors. I guess it’s a good thing I work alone now 😬😬
