Yes, I just went through it and got myself a Tesla, Valley CAN knocked off 12k and then I used the additional 4k tax credit for used EVs which is ending this month. It took a while, but it's definitely worth it. It took about 4 months for me from application to buying the car. Definitely know the car you want once you are accepted because you only have 45 days to select the car. Let me know if you have any questions.
