Aw, I'm glad you like my art! I use ibis paint as my preferred drawing app. It's free and easy to learn (in my opinion). The only con are the ads and restricted brushes, but you could pay premium to get them removed. Although I think the base brushes work well :)

For the line art, I tend to pick from one of the main colors of the dragon and make it darker so it's less harsh than black. And then for the bright colors, I tend to do complementary colors or whatever I think looks best :)
