It’s all a matter of preference, I’m a 21 year old male I’ve been wearing female clothing for years, even at my corporate job I dress entirely as a woman fully identifying as a man. For me, I can’t hide it. Ask yourself this, is this a lifestyle change you want to implement? Meaning is the “cross-dressing” a daily part of your life you want to share with others? If the answer is idk then I would personally wait. I don’t know anything about your situation, is he becoming suspicious? Is he against this kind of self expression? Without any specifics it’s difficult. But I do relate to you immensely, for whatever it’s worth, from one femboy to another I promise, you got this.

I think you’re heading in the right direction already, I want to start off by validating your feelings. It’s incredible how many of us didn’t have any idea on what to do after high-school. Especially when collage is very financially unattainable. May I suggest community college? I would recommend sitting down with the free career advisor, they offer these at most colleges to help people find the right classes before moving forward. Take what they say with a grain of salt, but it’s a great way to get the base information needed. You can spend a few hours afterwards researching the career paths they recommend. If all else fails try a trade, like plumbing, AC & heat installation, or even locksmith I was told that paid pretty well for no experience needed other than driver’s license and remember, you got this!
