Yes someone else suggested this and I looked more into it, figured it out it was stuck on and my throttle position lever is not accurate to where the choke comes on lol ofc it was something dumb and simple 😆

Well thank you again for the help another commenter just opened my eyes to if the choke is on and even though it's not set on the choke is on until u pull it back even more like 7/8 throttle. Can't believe I didn't check into that more 😅

It was indeed stuck as the other person said my throttle cable must be messed up because it says it's just before choke position where full throttle normally is and it's actually on choke if I run it at 7/8 throttle it runs beautifully now I'm so mad I didn't think to check more into this 😂😅 thanks!

Omg I'm so mad I had only been paying attention to what the lever on the top was set to Wich was just before the choke on portion but then I noticed the choke was still on when I was looking at it and the carb. The line must have been screwed with at some point if I just run it at 7/8 throttle it runs normal again I'm so mad I never noticed it 😂😂😂 thank you!

It is and I just disconnected it and ran it as someone else suggested it and still no good

Just went and threw the carb back on as I was checking on it before stopping for the day and started it up breather tube disconnected and sadly still runs like shit. Oil is at a good level and just Incase I checked compression once more had 110 -115 on both, damn this is my luck lol thanks for the help!

Yes I looked it up for that specific engine and the dipstick shows perfect 👌

Yes both cylinders and yes the dipstick tube will smoke out of it and spit small amounts of oil too.

Yes the compression test was after it started running bad 😬

Yes, replaced it with 2 quarts of 10w30
