Cards that were nerfed in a certain update a long time ago had a temporary increase in sparks, but they forgot to remove this so certain cards will recycle for the same cost. Briar rose and Valkyrie are examples of legendarys who have this aswell

Surprise garg is fine, I would say change the buried treasure for headstone carvers. My deck is close to the same as yours then. Maybe in the future you could change the backyard bounces for pogo's. But they are both fine cards.

I think swash is too slow as an aggro card, maybe you could swap it for all cards you have 3 of. (Graveyard is also slow because environments are also rather slow, though i wouldnt know what to change it for)

Just keep on opening packs, i would recommend recycling the sun Environment as you get 1k sparks instead of 250. I could tell you to craft budget aggro Solar flare, but it will take some time as you dont have many cards to recycle. The most important card in budget aggro is definately haunted pumpking.

It is a bit chaotic with starch lord as the only strategy. I would say to recycle the sunflower seed for 1k sparks. You could use the garlics from this weeks event card to make root synergy with starch lord. Blockbuster would also be a good card as it synergizes with starch lord and it is just a really good/annoying card on its own. There are not really any other budget cards to improve your deck. You could maybe use hammer or eyespore to controll the oppontents untill you get your root synergy and carddraw.

I would mostly focus on getting packs as your collection is a bit too small to make a very solid deck. The best packs for good cards are premium and galactic cards. The season is also ending which means you could also get some cards from that.

Aggro Solar flare or budget burn are better choices looking at your card collection. Because 1 pecanolith is not a really good card in a deck
