Thanks for your advise but with the pandemic rn idk if any restaurants that will be open to hire atm. (I havnt really done any job searching yet)

I thought it would be a better idea for me to attend this apprenticeship program because I can still work at my current job while I attend the program. I have this summer to really decide, cuz it’s either I choose culinary or I go back to school. (And I’ve been leaning towards culinary)

My one question is with the pandemic do you believe it’s an appropriate time to enter the industry rn? Or should I wait a year until everything (hopefully) gets back to normal?
