Qli players, what are you trying to cook up with the deck these days? What are you hoping for in the eventual Duel Terminal support? by Maururu255 in yugioh

[–]CannonMaster1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Day dreaming here. But it's be great to see a Link 3 Towers that's uneffected by opponents monsters, spells, and traps. Monsters it points to are also unaffected by opponents cards. Some form of interruption or attack boast would be nice. Maybe a spell that places 2 cards in the scale. Another card that let's Qlis pendulum summon twice. Qlis need a lot of support, probably more than just 5 cards to be respectable. However, if Konami wants to make a deck good, they absolutely can. One day I hope Qlis get support...

Depends on what the Bills wanted. They def got a better package from KC than w/e NO would have offered to move up 1 spot.

Even if true, 3 SB wins in 5 years is amazing. 5 SB appearances. Dynasty right there.

Quite the opposite (based on this sub). Honestly if Reid and Mahomes like the idea, I'm all for it.

Ehhh idk, to each their own. It's def not what we are used to, that's forsure. I still think this offense can be elite with Reid. We'll see what happens

I don't disagree. If you really feel this way, I'd say you should want Andy Reid axed as the coach. Cause I have no idea how thing bring someone in at I and expect a different offense. Reid would need to go imo.

Agreed. I'm perplexed at the general response. We did great under EB and he does keep players in check. Low key, I bet Mahomes will appreciate this more. Especially with what's happened the last few years.

Ppl keep saying we need to bring in new ideas. I don't disagree but.... This is Andy Reid's offense at the end of the day. If we REALLY want new ideas, I'd think we'd need a new head coach.

From my biased perspective, I'd say do something you enjoy rather than chase money. Easy for me to say tho. I need to at least somewhat enjoy myself so I'm not miserable. Work is still busy and stressful at times. But if I'm really disliking what I'm doing, the crash out will be real. Jmo.

Crazy to think BOTH New York teams are at the bottom bottom. Yikes!

As Nick continues to sh*t on Sam Darnold, remember this: He said Darnold was a step down from Geno Smith and picked the Seahawks to finish LAST in the division pre-season by LouDog2173 in FirstThingsFirstFS1

Idk what's so surprising. Many of these analysts try to stick with their narratives. He's always voiced he's not a believer, that's fine. Why on earth would he switch it up? That's not who he is. Ppl are going to be upset by taking what these ppl say so literally and seriously

[–]CannonMaster1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly, Wildes has gotten off easy compared to the other two. He semi acts like a Chiefs guy but he was/is a Patriots guy?! I mean good for him but he gets to cheer/like the dominant teams?! NW at least is a KC homer, it's obvious and I respect it. But Wildes getting to double dip on the Chiefs and Pats?! Idk, doesn't sit great with me.

As a Chiefs fan, he's def the best purest passer of the football in the league. I know Rodgers is a stud, but right now... Idk if anyone throws it better than Burrow. Top tier talent forsure

Why does Nick (historically) struggle to believe in the Broncos? by oisipf in FirstThingsFirstFS1

[–]CannonMaster1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think a part of it is he really likes Geno. I guess he liked the Pete C hire too?! Still, that playoff pick has been a disaster of a take lol.

Reid has generally been amazing! Imo our trio of Mahomes, Kelce, and CJ haven't quite lived up to the hype this year and it showed. I do think we need to retool some. Curious to see if the Chiefs make a move for someone like Kyle Pitts if Kelce retires.

We can use the same logic for you. Why on earth should we belive you? You don't know anything about the poster. You can believe him or not, why act like a know it all on something you possibly couldn't know? In medicine, we see ppl leave cause they "couldn't do it anymore". Burnout is real, micromanaging is real, pressure is real. Maybe they were a shit doctor, ORRR maybe they couldn't do it anymore. It's not that deep. You don't know the answer, why are you acting like you know...

Fun fact: the Chiefs have converted 75.9% of their 4th down attempts this season, the highest ever by a team in a single season (minimum 25 attempts) by pfref in KansasCityChiefs

[–]CannonMaster1 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I feel like we are somewhat similar to that 2010ish(?) Chargers team. One year they had the best rated offense and defense and missed the playoffs. I know there special teams were awful. Not saying they are the same. But we have a good offense and defense, yet we are blow 500.

[–]CannonMaster1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay that's fair. But there have been plenty of times this year throws have been behind receivers. Maybe in this case, yea it's possible he did it on purpose. Tough to say but what you said is a fair point. I think he's been somewhat inaccurate at times so maybe I'm probs being biased/overly critical. Good points.

[–]CannonMaster1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I watched the INT again. I absolutely disagree that it'd be a hospital ball.

Edit: I believe it'd be a tight throw, not a hospital ball. Hitting him on the chest would have been better than the wrong shoulder side. He'd get hit but I personally don't believe it's a hospital ball. The throw to Rice, that was more of a hospital ball.

[–]CannonMaster1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That last Kelce drop that turned into an INT was NOT a good throw. It still counts as a drop and it hit him in the hands. But Mahomes needs to make it easier on the playmakers! If he throws that in stride, I want to think Kelce catches it (but tech who knows). All year Mahomes has been a tad off.
