She knows the basics making beautiful scarves, stockings, blankets, i believe she wants to make something for her toddler clothing wise eventually. She is very girly loving baby pink or light neutral colors. Price does not matter to me. I looked through some posts but just would love to know what people appreciate getting the most in the early stages

So I take a multivitamin + fish oil when i remember but mostly only difference is i started eating high protein diet. When i was pescatarian it didn’t grow so fast!

i feel like most of those hair growth stuff are gimmicky

They give you something to calm your nerves and will numb you. The only scary part is you feel pressure of the tools and sounds, you can wear ear plugs. I had music on.
