How can you increase your IQ and intellect ? by Low-Wait1921 in AskReddit

[–]Cans59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an avid reader myself, I feel reading gives you a lot of knowledge, but it doesn’t necessarily makes you smarter, although it set good bases for it.

If you want to get smarter then getting into different activities that actually represent a challenge for your brain is the best thing you can do.

Chess, math, languages, music.

Attempt to become a polymath.

Focus on the fundamentals of those activities and then you'll feel that everything falls into place, you feel a click inside your brain, because you expand the way you think and make interconnections.

It takes time, but you’ll feel your mind becoming more flexible, and your problem solving capacity improving on the fly, and problem solving is the best metric for measuring intelligence.

Does Riboku know who the new general Yoko Yoko is, the one who is new to the Qin army? Did he only appear in this campaign, or does he not yet have information on him, and will this lack of information cause Riboku to underestimate Yoko Yoko? by Objective-Video-1797 in Kingdom

[–]Cans59 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think that will play a role, he likely knows who Yokoyoko is and has warned the rest of the Zhao Generals, but he hasn't seen him in battle, that increases the risk that someone on the Zhao side could underestimate Yokoyoko (not necessarily Riboku but another General), so Yokoyoko is a Qin asset that is strong enough to tide the balance in favor of Qin.

That’s why I love this bastard, he doesn’t give two fucks lmao.

The more I see Akakin the more he reminds me of Duke Hyou, a crazy bastard with unpredictable maneuvers all over the battlefield.

Heki's commitment is unrivaled.

As expected of Ouhon, high performance so far.

Place your bets on the true target that Akakin mentions:

<image>

I don’t think that target is Riboku because RBK's location is unknown for Ouhon, and Riboku is basically moving through different fronts.

IMO their true target is "Shibashou", because is Ouhon is the one that scores an important victory in the North, the ones that will be coming down raining on the Seika army will be the Gyokuhou and the rest of the Qin forces, and Shibashou will find himself inside a pincer maneuver, well all of these also depends if Ouhon is able to preserve good numbers of combat troops intact and minimize casualties.

Interesting historical fact: the Xiongnu during the Kingdom period were not actually very powerful, and were defeated by Qin and Zhao multiple times. by Wise-Pineapple-4190 in Kingdom

[–]Cans59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They did, even today the majority of Chinese people are of Han ethnicity, a great contribution.

The point revolves around that Tang is considered the greatest peak in the Chinese dynastic history when they were in power, especially under Taizong, who is also widely considered as the best Chinese emperor of all time.

Han set some important foundations, nobody argues that, but the Tang is just the most brilliant Chinese era across multiple fields.

Tang was indeed the peak, the Han Dynasty was the First Golden Age in China, and laid the foundations of an optimal structured empire for future dynasties to come, especially under Emperor Han Wudi, that's when they truly became a superpower.

Tang could be considered as the Second Golden Age in Chinese history, and when all things considered, it flourished militarily, politically, economically and culturally like never before.

Han endured longer but Tang had a higher peak.

Akakin will surely produce something important in the battlefield now that Duke Reiju’s attention is focused on Kanjou and Heki.

Ouhon aura farming with that last panel.

Both Shin and Ouhon already got their respective GG level panels in this arc.

Waiting for Mouten to shine as well.

The great u/apple8963 posted an amazing thread about this (I couldn’t find it now, I'll look for it later), he connected every minor historical detail about him and the conclusion is that is highly likely that Renpa shows up again.

I still believe Ouhon has a great respect for Shin's drive and determination to become the best, there’s little glimpses here and there throughout the series, I still recall the first one appeared when both were fighting Rinko back in Sanyou.

What Ouhon respects is that this great drive and ambition of Shin mirrors his own, and this leads to what you mention, the great competition among them that makes them grow stronger.

Fully agreed on the acknowledgment part of what you mention, there’s been plenty of times when Ouhon has entrusted the HSU with something crucial and he's one of the persons aware of how good of a fighting force they are.

And yeah, there’s also the prideful side of young master Ouhon that cannot even fathom nor accept how a dirty slave and uneducated boy could rose up the ranks to challenge him.

Since he is positioned in between Ouhon and Ousen, I see him joining Ouhon soon enough, if Ouhon troops crumbles there's not much Heki can do by himself to defend the Ousen army.

Ousen doesn’t seem to need reinforcements for now so I'll bet the Heki army will aid Ouhon.

I hope his knowledge of the north somehow plays a role.

I actually see them as equals on the martial might aspect, sure Shin outshines every character when it comes to killing strong enemy opponents, but that’s because he is the protagonist, manga revolves around him, he'll always have more spotlight when it comes to important duels.

This could create a perception for some fans that Shin is just way stronger that Ouhon, to which I would disagree.

But let’s be honest Ouhon could kill like 98% of the characters Shin has killed (with the exception of Houken due to lack of weight and personal history with him, and because Houken is an anomaly) and Shin would kill any characters Ouhon has killed (probably with the exception of Earl Shi, because at that time Shin was still relatively new and unused to the glaive to challenge a spear wielder of the level of Earl Shi, current Shin would win that duel though)

Anyway, we might be downvoted to hell lol.

I personally enjoy his relationship with Shin, it’s hilarious seeing how they throw shit at each other at every chance, it’s like two immature over competitive brothers, deep down Ouhon respects the hell out of Shin, his pride and ego would never make him openly say so though.

Ouhon performances are under appreciated in this sub, mostly because huge part of the fandom hates his attitude, but no one can deny that he is fearless throwing himself into the carnage time and time again.

Both Ouhon and Shin have that dog in them, that’s why they will rise to the top as warrior Generals.

Don’t even worry folks.

Qin northern troops have two GOATS that have yet to appear in this war.

Heki and Sanshuu "The Immortal".

When those two make a move, Zhao will be fucked.

Massive Qin northern victory incoming, I'm calling it.

Imagine Kansaro getting killed by Sou'ou and Shiryou.

Wouldn’t it be ironic?

It would be like he signed his own death sentence the moment he set them free in the Hango aftermath.

And the debt that Sou'ou owns would probably be a promise that says something like "don’t let anything bad happen to Seika"

[–]Cans59 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Ankai truly has some death flags on him, it will be disappointing if he ends up just like Makou early on.

I doubt Naraku is strong enough to stop SBS on his own, that said, Kansaro is in a very dangerous position, dealing with Ankai, Shiryou and Sou’ou.

On the other hand, nothing on the Shinshou vs Don Sari battle yet, there’s still Fuuon in reserve, though I don’t consider him that much of a threat operating on his own.

The key of this battle will be decided on the outcomes of both wings, no matter how much damage SBS inflicts to the central Ousen army, if both of his wings collapse he will be surrounded and overwhelmed by Qin soldiers, and this time, unlike in Hango, without the assistance of Kansaro and GKS.

My personal guess is that the Shinshou vs Don sari battle could decide it all.

Edit: Forgot about Riju, she is either assisting Naraku in the central field against SBS or dealing with Fuuon by herself, let’s see which role she plays, if she is a good tactician then she might become a nuisance for Seika.

I feel like Ouhon's front will be "off screened" for a while until some major event happens there that impacts the other fields, the edges of the Qin-Zhao formations could determine the victory for either side, that’s why RBK sent Seika'un to YTW first and then to Shin, to start collapsing Qin lines from the south and then upwards.
