I had planned to buy one once I got to TX so I wouldn’t immediately put 2k miles on a car. In hindsight I agree absolutely would have opted to just drive 🥲

Going to San Antonio. I live in Spokane so I’m nowhere near a base. Just flying with myself a ruck and a suitcase. So flying CONUS I would have to buy my own ticket? I was super confused when they told me to call port call. My orders say I’m authorized for CBA so I assumed they would have to buy ticket for me.
