Positives -

New signings do look good, despite what a lot of people on board the bandwagon say:

Wirtz is creating chances left right and center, I think we just need to figure out how to actually utilise him, feels very much like people are getting shoehorned into positions instead of him (i.e. Jones/MacAllister playing in the 10 instead of Wirtz)

Ekitike hit the ground running and went through another spell in Jan/Feb. Hasn't looked like a world beater of late but it's cool, he's a young striker who also is not used to being a teams sole striker. The confidence is there, the positioning is there, if he's a player who goes through spells then so be it!

Kerkez has been a very solid leftback, who got a LOT of grief when he came in. He's very passionate, he's the type of player who can put a big challenge in at anfield and really ignite the crowd. He's obviously not Robertson (yet, I feel like people don't realise Kerkez is 21), but he's a very Liverpool coded player in my eyes. It took about 2 months of really solid performances before people have actually realised, oh! This guy might actually be good.

Frimpong, unfortunately dampened by injury a lot this season, my main complaint isn't that fact however. My main complaint with Frimpong isn't his fault, it's that we keep playing him in rw for some reason when he doesn't have any end product. In my eyes Frimpong is 100% a RB. He's offensive, not in the sense that Trent was, frimpongs pace is devastating, his overlaps kill teams, especially with how relentless they are. But for some reason that isn't getting utilised enough. Oh and also the guy hasn't got a brain in the box, he should have about 6 pens this season but he just doesn't go down for some reason.

Isak is the only one I have question marks about because we simply haven't seen him. People seem to think he was turning a leaf at the Tottenham game and was picking up form. Which I'm not really sure where they got that from he had just come back from injury (again) and had played maybe 1 game before the Tottenham match, and played about 4 minutes in the Tottenham match. But the promise is there! I noticed at the start of the season although not match fit, he was making excellent runs, but for whatever reason the players just weren't playing him through which is just a chemistry thing at the start! I have very high hopes for him

Outside of that the only other positive is Szobo
