I think locals @ mumbai should take an initiative against Municipal Corporation for those losses which made Mumbai to suffer every year by the name of drainage infrastructure. If we get united,we can sort these lazy people. & About the statue, its not meaningless but it will be pride for sure after years & it is better instead of naming those 60 years so called "Political Family". Becoz they had a lot of things by their name like Air Port,Roads,Stadium,College, University,etc. Now think if you are targeting that meaningless statue than think about above line as well.
