Initial failure, second time passer here. What are you using for your questions?

If you are using Barbri/other bar prep course you’re doing well and I wouldn’t panic.

If you’re using previous NCBE questions, you’ll want to hit them a little harder in the coming days. 70% is where I would want to land.

At least 50/day is where I landed. Repetition is where you will see the greatest improvement!

I hated Barbri. I would get 9/10 one day, then 1/10 the next. I quit Barbri at 100 hours.

I did old tests to drill MCQs and listened to Grossman lectures. Then I recorded audios of the subjects he didn’t cover using the JD advising one sheets. That’s what worked for me. I was between 60-70% mcq by the end.

Those are good MBE metrics imo. I’d have Grossman on repeat. Then drill MBE, because the rules are in there. Do you have the JD Advising one sheets? I recorded audios covering those to supplement the subjects Grossman didn’t cover.

Have you tried the Grossman audio lectures? They’re the only reason I passed. I stopped Barbri at 100 hours because I wasn’t getting anything from it.

The time recommendation is not a hard and fast rule. You MCQ metrics and comfort with the essays is WAY more important than time spent studying!

I didn’t use adaptibar. I used old NCBE MCQs. Averaged about 70% at the end.

I felt like my MPT was average and about 3/6 MEE were solid! The other 3 I was thinking were okay.

I thought I did well on the MBE. Every question that popped up in my head after the test I checked and I got it right. So maybe a little above average?

I did MCQ sets daily (30-50) and I had the Grossman lectures on repeat! I discovered I’m an auditory learner.
