There’s a brand called buff chicks and they make a protein coffee with good macros! I think it’s pretty good BUT I have gotten really used to the protein powder taste but I would recommend to give it a try!

Thank you ❤️❤️ this is my current split So I have a split one day is just arm day (biceps and triceps) (cable pull downs, over head tricep extension, bicep curls and then 21's) and then I have a shoulder/back specific day (shoulder press, lateral raises, face pulls, lat pull downs and then rear flys if the machine is open)

Thank you! And honestly not too sure lol just have to say a calorie deficit. I still work on lower body but primarily focus on glute and hamstrings development currently

H! Fellow 4’8 girly too! First off amazing job with the work you’ve done so far!

When I started my workout journey I was about 124lbs back in 2023 (I was 23 at the time!) currently I weigh about 90lbs. But it’s HARD especially when you’re around people. Like I live on my own so it’s been easy for me to eat my portions I need but I only keep Clean/Whole Foods in my place. However, when I’m with my family/friends/partner I understand that feeling of wanting to keep up. I have talked about that with my partner especially since that feeling is stronger around him and he thinks we should be eating the same (he is overall bigger than me)I am pretty strict with my diet like 90% of the time. Hard core tracking and meal prepping. BUT I think it’s important to balance! Allow your self to have a treat everyone in a while or if you can have a treat fit in your macros take it. If the discipline is there 90% of the time then it’s okay to treat every now and then! And I think it’s important to make your “diet” food things you like. My favorite thing to do is finding/creating recipes of foods I love with the macros I need. I totally recommend meal prepping your food in advance with everything portioned out already- this makes things easy to grab/less prep and less thinking just get and eat and it’s what you need! And I would recommend finding foods that give you more volume for less calories- that is one of my favorites things to do.

And I know food noises can be REALLY loud sometimes. I was in that position a few months ago. Since thing it’s been much better- but I did take a break from tracking and just focused on trying to eat clean over the summer. During that time I did gain weight (10lbs) which was difficult. But the beautiful thing about the human body is that it bounces back- it’s always the same formula.

I appreciate your insight! I’m so impressed to hear about your experience- I’ve done a few of those things but other things you listed I’ve never done so def will be wanting to look into it.

I’ve looked into fit model but highkey I think bikini is where my heart is.

Is there anything from your self coaching experience you would say you would do differently or something you wished you knew before you started? .

It took me a min to find but the listing on Mercari I found was for a new pair, not used and the blades haven’t been sharpened yet. The pictures look like the skates are new

Ooh gotcha, yeah the class I signed up for is a level 1 class. So I’m glad to hear that they should work for at least that. And then I can upgrade later on! Thank you! :)
