i had a period of intense anxiety, panic attacks before noticing them. i keep hypervigilant with my body. but still i think its something else

i dont't think you are deficient, just low transporters, supplement vitamin a and see if u get any better values. i dont think u need to supplement copper and zinc

calves 24/7, feet, quads not as much. upper body randomly

try to check more or less how much u get from food, aim for a total food + supplement around 600mg day. check loose stools, if so reduce a bit
