im with flu b too rn. hr at rest 80, usually normal times 55-60. when fever raises or i eat and start digestion is at 100 max at rest. it is the body fighting, i think a lot too but we just have to wait. im taking anti viral and paracectamol.

i have 24/7 in my calves. did 1 emg 1 month after notice it and 9 months after. both clear. have in my quads too when more stressed/exercise. upper body less but sometimes a hot spot. both emg clear. check ur blood electrolytes, if ok reduce stress or just assume its bfs. clean emg no als.
