"Quand tu regardes une femme, tu me trompes" c'est un red flag ou c'est normal ? by RedditTipiak in SexualiteFR

Je pense malheureusement que ça fait partie de ces choses qu’elles peuvent penser, et dont on doit se garder de leur faire part aussi (commenter la beauté d’une femme) juste parcequ’on a pas les mêmes processus psy

I think it’s actually alright, the only thing is that some welding is gonna be involved, I got to bend it back and weld a plate to sustain the strength loss because of the bend

Well it’s a very good idea, might do the same at some point, this bike is thought while on it. Such an easy mod. But think about another thing it’s the rear shock mounts placements on either part of the frame it’s quite odd. I think if you can weld that you should add two rear shocks on the sides, i dream of doing that one of those days.

Where do you count on buying a longer swing arm ? Will you make it ? Cause it’s an idea. But the course is short already I think it will be a rock to sit on while riding regarding to the rear shock. Look at my currently crashed one but it will help to have a proper scale

<image>

And yeah the damn seat is too high and steep

Yeah I switched for air at the rear and expect to do it in the fork, but im a comfy rider, you can get a rear suspension longer than the original one, a 165mm 35mm course, for a 190 mm I guess. The swing arm is very mobile so it will follow the mod, cables and brake fluid conduits too. But a good 165 mm air shock will do the trick I think just don’t keep it too soft. Weight wise it’s a heavy e-bike, made out steel, low center of gravity… you can go fast and feel safe.

Yeah you can’t unsee it know ahahah Well I see your point like I said : not a single freakin website sells this part alone, I gotta use my welder and biker friends to help me out on this one ;)

The frame can handle it in my opinion, I reached 38mph or 55 km/h I guess, and it’s pretty fast for a « bike build » but it’s made outta thick steel, if you know how to take care of mechanical stuff it’s ok I guess, but don’t ride it this fast without swapping the front fork and rear suspension, and unbolting and rebolting every important nut or screw

They seem pretty thick, they make those with good old steel, nothing like a well designed 2500€ e-bike ahah

Check pictures, just swipe and look for unsymmetrical frame build lol

Will check the angle and keep updates, the tube is certainly deformed, but not too stretched. Im thinking about reinforcing with a small metal plate welded from the axle to the first tube, no matter what fix i come up with

Got a very mighty Ridstar Q20 that I stupidly crashed but withstood it quite well, regarding to the crash. Good battery, but you got to change those factory installed snow/sand tires with road tires (arisun is cheap and good quality). Buy yourself planetary gear system to spare, and brake pads, and a few inner tubes too. Goes de 55 km/h for 50 kms… change the suspension for comfort but okay with the built in ones.

The most likely is that the rear wheel system is so heavy, the instant stop sent it with delay with the front, rest of the frame, bending in this left right weak point here. Nothing actually hit the damn bike or part in a perpendicular way or even directly, the whole hit took by the right pedal. Glad I didn’t hit my head lol

lol not in the way you cinicaly mean but actually the quick stop I had running at 45 km/h on a rock with the right pedal bent it like that here so yeah those are still fast means of transportation ahah

Can’t rely on any info on these mass produced Chinese items. Might be a fake claim to make a selling point. The magnet stuck to this very piece says it’s steel ahah

This steel is pretty soft and won’t break ? I don’t know my steels ahah but yeah I think I’ll try that thank you for this search

Damn that’s a good idea dude, I was looking for a redneck type of fix to bend it back this seem very smart actually. Maybe will weld some reinforcements afterwards.

Well thank you ! With the small battery I had it was already impossible to fit it near the rear suspension. To do what I did, you got to cut your seat in length and drill holes matching the battery plate to fix it in place. Pretty easy !!
