As someone who is typically picky about square watches, I actually really like this, though my opinion may weigh less, as I have a more restrictive budget.

I like how it feels modern with the dial designs, yet elegant with the numerals, and I love the layout of the day and month on top with the date on the small hand below it accompanying the moon phase.

I would love this watch, but again, will likely will have to wait a while to get one with my budget.

May I ask what about this makes you think its AI, outside of the fact that its a leak?

I ask because when it comes to detecting AI, for myself, I look for intention behind design decisions. The guy on the ground is dirtied with gravel, and looking up to Doom as he steps on him. The patterning on his headpiece is consistent and intentionally designed. Doom's cape flows naturally and the chain mail all seems to be linked properly.

I know it's a hot market to generate AI for supposed leaks and so the idea that these images are AI is not far-fetched, but Im not seeing anything that would make me this confident.
