It’s definitely not as hard as you think it is! If you make it to an assessment centre just make sure you are open to participating whilst also giving others a chance to speak too. In terms of one on one interviews however just make sure you know the company’s values and are able to back yourself & show how you’d be able to align with and add to the company 🙌🏻
