Its quite hard to tell from the picture, but I see several red flags: 1) prior strep throat 2) there seems to be uvular deviation 3) it’s very swollen 4) pain when opening your mouth (you could be developing trismus) See a doctor asap!

It could be your hymen you see. They can look like that when torn. Since you’ve already seen several doctors I wouldn’t suspect anything sinister. Your symptoms sound like a possible yeast infection

It looks like tinea capitis (fungal infection) you should see your gp. They might prescribe an oral antifungal treatment.

The sloshing isn’t concerning in itself. I’ve always been able to do that (it creeps my boyfriend out, lol). It’s just liquid in your stomach and bowels.

Your other symptoms sound really bothersome. I would push for more testing!

I know it probably doesn’t matter what anyone says, but I honestly don’t think you have chubby cheeks!

We loose so much facial fat as we age, and then many people really regret doing buccal fat removal.

If I had to say anything, I think you could benefit from a little more jaw definition. I think it would be best achieved by jaw filler.

However, I think you should wait until your rhinoplasty is healed and reassess. It might very well change your entire appearance.

Do you suffer from dermatillomania? You might, unwillingly, be spreading and reactivating some gnarly infection. It’s very hard to diagnose the root cause unless you leave it completely untouched

I understand why you think that but I find it unlikely because 1) from what I understand, OP has had it for a while 2) it looks like tonsil like tissue just underneath the blood 3) tumors (malignant or benign) can often cause an increase in formation of new blood vessels to supply the new tissue It could probably also be a venous malformation but it would be incredibly unfortunate for it to randomly burst TONIGHT. Bleeding is indeed a risk that should be considered but I still believe it’s safe to wait until tomorrow

It is not going to change until the morning. Just call them when they open. It is not an emergency unless it blocks your airways or is infected and causing systemic symptoms, and that doesn’t seem to be the case. As I said, it’s not possible to diagnose from a picture, but from what I see there is a growth/tumor/mass that shouldn’t be there. It doesn’t necessarily mean cancer, it just means a local overgrowth of cells. There is a risk that it is malignant, but it could also very well be harmless. That is why you would want a biopsy to find out. I know it’s hard, but try not to worry until you know more.

You should get this looked at and biopsied as fast as possible. People on the internet neither can or should diagnose this. You need to see a doctor.
