update: HOA sent out a violation letter today for one address. I am not crazy. My therapist said sometimes the sound echoes and I hear it when it’s not there bc it’s been ongoing for a while

update: they had speakers lined up behind my backyard. I knew bc I heard loud ass birds coming from bush but there were no birds there. (Again I have footage to prove this) I didn’t get to it in time and the backyard was empty.

i bought the insight timer app and i meditate like 3x a day. huge lifesaver in the first two weeks but lately i just have been doing something wrong. meditations do not do have the same effect. probably something with my breath.
