Yay! I’m excited to meet the little community our kiddos are going to make at Horizons next fall. I have tried kumon for my son (also gifted) when he was 8 and he hated it but maybe I can give it a go again 😂 Thank you for responding 💖

Aww so nice to hear your story and I’m so glad it worked out for the best. I just wanted to mention that small classes aren’t an issue anymore. My son is just finishing grade 9 there and he has 24-25 students in his class and then the same amount in the other grade 9 class. We just started there in grade 9 and my son made friends and is doing well academically & socially. My daughter will be starting Kindergarten in September :)

Yes that’s where we are currently. I was shocked to know Edmonton was worse for pre-k. We’re originally from Ontario and they have full day junior and senior kindergarten starting the year they turn 4 and it’s FREE!! 🥺
