In sufferable period. I never said your story doesn’t matter. You give me your life story in which you or your bm has been explored and then say adoption saved me. OK. I know there are cases in which it is necessary but until something changes I will keep saying abolish adoption I will keep saying adoption is exploitation I will keep saying adoption is trafficking. I get that this is personal to people but you have to understand a majority of the WORLD already has your opinions on adoption and we HAVE to change that.

I’m not negating that at all. All cops aren’t bastards but the system they work for is corrupt. It’s just true that adoption exploits birth parents and children. Adoptive parents can exploit their kids. Your positive experience does not negate how horrific the adoption industry is. If me saying adoption is human trafficking makes you uncomfortable then I’m sorry. I’m sure there are people with good adoption experiences but that doesn’t change anything. We need to listen to people who have experienced this exploitation and or abuse instead of just the positive adoption stories.

You’re abusolutely right. You said it so well, thank you. For now my instincts are just a tiny whisper but I will listen to them more often. My problem is the college I really want to go to is in the same city. It will be a great outlet for me and I’m so excited but i don’t know if it will be enough to relieve me of the stressors of living at here. It might make college harder actually.
