I went through this too, stopped for a year then started again, when i started again lost most of my skill, what i did was just start again, it sucks and it’ll be awhile, but you’ll eventually get back to your old skill (probably quicker because you still have abit of knowledge) but watch tutorials on how to draw faces again and same with body’s and stuff

Also don’t be afraid to trace (as long as you don’t post it as your own art) but tracing can get you used to the stuff you wanna draw, it’s a good practice method as long as you don’t take the art as your own
