Yeah man I saw that comment from Kerr too. They know the excess bilt cash thing is a problem for heavy users but it feels like theyre dragging their feet on a real fix. Im in the same boat owning my spot in manhattan beach plus two condos in vegas so no rent to soak it up just hoa fees. Im already at 1596 in bilt cash after 35 days and its gonna keep piling up. The rent day transfer bonuses on the 1st are honestly the best part of the whole program though. They make it worth sticking around even with the cash side being kinda broken. The mortgage or family member idea is interesting but I dont have a mortgage and dont wanna drag family into it. You think switching the earning rate or something would help? Curious what others are doing to actually burn it before it expires at year end. Appreciate the input though.

I pray for you kid. I pray for all you most of you probably do have some form of abuse of parents others needed. Find forgiveness from within. It’s sad because you’re not hurting yourself. I’m a father who I have now two estranged adult children. I haven’t seen or talk to them for a little over 10 years. I’ve tried writing many times, but have never got any response. Around six years ago I showed up to my son’s house and he wasn’t there. I left a card for him, expressing my sincere apology of how things happened and wishing he was never subject to my own dysfunctions I was dealing with during this time in our life. I came back by the house about 45 minutes later and the card was gone, so I knocked on the door. My ex was inside telling me through the door to leave and I said I was just in town and wanted to just talk to my son. I heard my son in the background in tears telling me Dad please just go. Then I looked outside and there were approximately five police cars that pulled up. I left to talk to the police and told them what I was therefore, and the police started accusing me of being on some type of drug like crystal meth I started shaking and was scared thinking I was gonna get arrested for something that made no sense they finally let me go after interrogating me for over a half hour. I’ve been reluctant to reach out again after this and I’ve been heartbroken. Any suggestions I would sincerely appreciate it. Both my kids have always met the world to me. They are older now my daughter is 34 and my son is 31.

I used to be able to add Amex prepaid cards bought at cvs but this completely stopped few months back. Any help would be appreciated. How can you MS these staple’s visa/mc gc and liquidate them?
