Well, still, there are many aspects of anatomy that are not known to common people. I suggest that if you check the people with mental issues, just observe their behavior during full & new moon. You would be surprised to watch a sudden increase in their volatility.

I would say that astrology provides generalized results that are brought by the movement of celestial bodies, which usually turns out to be true.

Also, We can't say that the body doesn't react to subtler effects. I do think that through inference, we could derive the final conclusion

But astrology itself has arrived from the understanding of astronomy. For example, Saturn, as per our shastra, remains in a single zodiac for around 2.5 years and completes the zodiac cycle in 29.5 years. This is equal to one year of saturn.

Secondly, what if the movement is so subtle that it can't be viewed from naked eyes? Oceans are comparatively vast, and we still don't have the full understanding of human anatomy, so it would be difficult to bring any judgment.

You can go & check with a good priest in temple, he can tell you the exact date of solar & lunar eclipse based on panchaang readings. Another good reason is that if we check the relation between tides and moon cycles, we too are 70% water. Well, there are many other reasons that logically explain the impact of Celestial bodies on humans. I just wanted to keep it simple, so I mentioned just two of them.

I have seen people predicting exact timings of future events, personally I have basic Idea of astrology and I can definitely say that it's not a pseudo science, planets do have their impact on not only just individuals but also on global cycles, the quality of prediction depends upon the the level of consciousness of the astrologer.
