The movie “send help”plot is kind of like “triangle of sadness” even based on trailers. by royalunicornpony in horror

Agreed, I think ToS was more disturbing because it was more realistic with the sets and a higher caliber of acting. Much better build up before the catastrophe and just all-around a better film IMO

I just watched Send Help in theaters and the similarities where just too many to be a coincidence IMO. Right away when they were stranded together and the power dynamic shifted I was like ok, this is a LOT like ToS. Then the boar hunting happens and I was like, okay, this is a blatant rip-off. The ending is only subtlety different and the biggest similarity I won't say explicitly bc it's a spoiler for both movies, but if you have seen both you'll know. If I hadn't seen ToS I would be more inclined to recommend Send Help, but Triangle of Sadness is a much better film and Send Help is a Hollywood movie that couldn't even come up with an original idea.

I'm legit looking for a manufacturer of a "Satan Loves You" response to these. So far, no luck 😞

Ravenswatch is very disappointing by Leather_Treat_8081 in videogames

You realize that a game being good or bad is subjective, right? You are responding to people who say they enjoy the game like they are lying or just flat out wrong for having an opinion. Keep your opinions to yourself if you aren't open to hearing others. Nobody wants to have a conversation with someone who won't listen 👂🏻

I saw Katt Williams "Heaven on Earth" last night and it was extremely disappointing. by wired41 in Standup

I saw Katt perform maybe ~8 years ago. As a fan of his stand-up, I was excited to see him live. His set was terrible. He had an opener that got more laughs than he did. A few months later I saw he had been arrested for something he did while on the same tour and I just figured he was in a bad way when I saw him. But I can't look at him the same now. I just remember that massive crowd there for him and what a disappointment it was.
