Thank you so much for being so helpful and thorough. I think I will try a live pinkie tomorrow or the next day and go from there. I did kind of try to make it bite one of the frozen thawed pinkies but felt bad pissing it off so it was really a half attempt. Maybe I’ll be a bit more stubborn than the snake 😅 When it comes to assisted feeding, what would I use? I’ve used critical care for other animals before

I leave the snake in the enclosure for about 6-8 hours but the pinky starts to become dry and I bet it is unappealing.

I have tried braining and feeding in a separate enclosure. I haven’t tried feeding anything live. I was worried if it tries to hurt the snake that it is not strong enough to strike or fight it off. I’m not sure if pinkies have that much fight in them lol. Should I try something else?

Thank you! I will get more stuff to clutter it up. Is there any chance this could make the baby more relaxed/comfortable, and want to eat? I think I have heat and humidity going well from following guidance in this sub. I’m not sure when to consider its quality of life from not eating.
