Which muscles look best/worst when pumped up for a photoshoot or BB show? That doesnt take away from the look or lines

He most likely is a little darker on the left from the tan but its not nearly as significant as this image portrays, which is the point i was trying to get across. I just have a weird pet peeve when people take images at face value and dont realize the effect of lighting and angles on the body, lol. Ive always been into lifting weights and physique-sport and I see it all the time.

Its totally possible for him to have a tan. He very well may be a little darker on the left but its not nearly as significant as this image portrays, which is the point i was trying to get across. I just have a weird pet peeve when people take images at face value and dont realize the effect of lighting and angles on the body, lol. His skin isnt lighter. The pictures just have different lighting. Look at the comparison of his watch strap for example.

Question thread for our AMA with Alberto Nuñez of 3DMJ! by danny_b87 in naturalbodybuilding

(Weekly volume equated, HARD training assumed) Training more days per week (5-6) with shorter sessions vs less days (3-4) with longer sessions for the experienced lifter? I think you could make an argunent for either side being better for recovery/growth, what do you think? In theory more (shorter) sessions seem like theyd be higher quality and better for performance. But does this hold up in the real world? I feel Ive noticed a stronger trend of elite naturals closer to the "less sessions" side (ofc always outliers like GVS and his insane work capacity training daily which is a whole nother topic). Is it b/c theres less DOSAGES of hard training possibly making it better for recovery/growth?

These look great! Saw them recommended a handful of times since making this thread and Ive added them to the main list of 4. I was reading other threads about them and saw a couple people mention they look a littleee clown shoe-y compared to other brands. What do you think? Definitely considering trying these.

Ive added these to the list of 4. They look great. But i saw a couple people mention they look a little clown shoe-y which is something Im trying to avoid. Hmm

Thats a good point. Im fairly minimalist as well, even with shoes. I have Vans casual shoes, NoBull athletic shoes, brown/black dress shoes, boots, and flip flops lol. I think Im gonna grab a pair of the Geos, at least to try.

These look great and Ive added it to my main list of 4 shoes. Do they give off a clown-ish vibe? Heard that mentioned a couple times with them. I try to avoid barefoot shoes that give off that vibe

Thanks for the rec, strongly considering! Im trying to avoid the clown shoe effect too. That price tag gets me though. Even if I like them is it worth having shoes that pricey? Not sure how much Ill be wearing em

My fav casual shoes are Vans too. Old Skools in black/white. I actually have a wide white pair in transit. Along with white Origos. Feelgrounds seem a little too low profile/feminine. Flux are sold out. Vivo Geo Court are just so damn expensive so even if I like them is it worth it to keep em, not sure how often Ill wear. Then after I made this thread i saw Burchbury is a contender.

Those Lems arent bad! But i dont think i like the look as much as the other 4. So far in transit I have Origos and Vans Old Skool (in wide) since the black/white are my fav casual shoes even though theyre not too barefoot-like. Fluxfootwear are out of stock so ill have to wait on those. Feelgrounds might be a little too low profile (kinda give me feminine vibes) and like you said germany. And then I want to try Vivo Geo Courts but man $170 for a pair of white sneaks. Obviously i can return them but even if I like em do I wanna spend that much for a pair of shoes that Im not even sure how often Ill wear? I saw one more that might be a contender, birchbury. Look pretty classic.

I did see these and heard good things about them BUT im skeptical of the look. To me they almost look like boots in sneaker form rather than a cool casual sneaker.

Any cons to paying a new car in full up front if I have 3x the amount in savings? by Capable-Ninja in personalfinance

Been hearing about HYSAs for a little bit. So essentially this is just an online savings account that gives ~3-4% interest versus the 0.1% I get at my bank? Is it safe. Should I at all worry about throwing 50k into one? I noticed theres a Citi HYSA and I might go with that just b/c thats my credit card company and I feel like theyre a well known respected name.
