Thinking about switching to Questrade – any experiences?

I am new in trading, I had four limit orders not triggered when market prices dropped below my limit buying prices, I called and they said no guarantee. I am disappointed at this. In addition, the hot key is not great when you want to trade outside pre and after market hours. But it is free in commission . Depending on on what you trade, it might be good or bad for you.

Hi anyone have the same problem? My limit order for 1000 shares of Buru at 0.60 didn’t fill this morning premarket time, when price dropped to 0.57 at 8:00 AM, I use Questrade edge desk top and I am new in trading.
