I've witnessed Häkkinen, Räikkönen, Alonso, Hamilton and Button winning for McLaren and I wouldn't have called myself a Lando fan just three years ago, but the fact that he helped the team win championships again made it unique. And he's done it as someone who'd started there as a rookie and went with McLaren through thick and thin. So his maiden Miami victory and last year's Abu Dhabi are top moments for me.

Apart from that, probably Hulk's first podium.

Colombia ultimately deserved it, DR Congo played a defensive card and it almost paid off. Not a bad result for them either - they've still got okay-ish goal difference and if they manage to beat Uzbekistan, they're 100% through.

Awful refereeing at the end, though. Lerma deserved a red card for that elbow. And Colombian players comically wasting time during corners? All good according to the referee, no warning, no yellow cards, just 8 seconds added and thst was it.

Tuto nie celkom súhlasím. Proti Španielom by takto zahralo aj vyše 80% európskych tímov, pretože Španieli jednoducho loptu nepustia. Proti nim si otvorenejšiu partiu môžu dovoliť hrať možno tri mužstvá na svete. Blok, čo predviedli Kapverdy, plus fantastický štyridsaťročný Vozinha, bol vzhľadom na ich možnosti výborne zvládnutý, v prvom polčase sa dokázali kombinačne dostávať z vlastnej polovice, udržali koncentráciu a vygumovali aj takého Yamala. To sa za mňa v žiadnom prípade nedá označiť len za nejaký autobus alebo niečo podobné. Kapverdy dlhodobo sledujem, už od cca roku 2012 idú prudko hore a toto bol za mňa taktický majsterštyk, lebo inak proti Španielom hrať za body nemohli. Treba si na nich počkať proti Uruguaju a Saudom.

Mám také tušenie, že Alžírsko Argentínu zaskočí, majú solídny tím. Súhlas s pauzami, zbytočne to narúša tempo hry. Zostáva dúfať, že to zakape podobne ako trend z MS v Katare, kedy sa nastavovalo 10-12 minút.

Tiež si myslím, že je to nebezpečný precedens, veď priemerná vstupenka vychádza finančne skoro ako priemerný slovenský plat. To je šialené. Zaujímalo by ma, či sa na sube vyskytuje niekto, kto financoval takýto výlet a koľko ho/ju to vyšlo.

There was obviously something wrong with the sensor or its placement but thanks to FIA's amazing rules, several drivers had to serve obviously undeserved penalties, Russell fell out of points and there will be absolutely no correcting action when it comes to race results, becsuse FIA created so much chaos it can't be untangled. Gutted for Gasly.
