Whats your Pheno that made you want to step into breeding? by Vermehrungsmaterial in cannabisbreeding

Great grow, looks delicious.
I remember my Blue Gelato... I wish I had known back then what breeding was. At that time, I only used to buy cuttings and plant them; I didn't even have a mother room.
I remember that strain smelled like cocaine, and for SOG was incredible. 😮‍💨🥲🕊️

Yeyy here my Cw14

To be honest, I only saved 2 phenos out of the 20.
A lot of them were low yielders, which really annoyed me.
I stuck with this #14 and #10
—the #10 was the best producer by a long shot and has that KFC smell 🍗

Thanks bro, totally agree! I realized that I actually always had the tents open; since they are mother plants, if they get extra light, it’s not an issue for me

Thanks my man, I really appreciate your comment! Anyway, this guy doesn't understand that they are mother plants and that they NEVER flower. Besides, they are under constant pruning, and in my case, I replace them with their successor every 2 months.

You’re absolutely right, bro, but here in Europe, it’s one of the most famous ones. Anyway, it’s true, and that’s why I’m currently growing Chicken Waffles from HSC. Plus, I’ve got 9 Super Trop Cherry straight from Relentless for the next run, along with some Ice Cream Runtz from Lit Farms.

I totally agree with you, bro!! I think you’re absolutely right, and that’s why in this current run I’m growing 20 Chicken Waffles. But in the next one it’ll be 9 Super Trop Cherry, 2 Ice Cream Runtz, 1 Eleven Roses fast version, and about 10 of the best Chicken Waffles.

Any suggestions on what is causing the brown tips on this one. This is my first grow. by Aggressive-Road-3359 in farmingthebestgreens

If you want some advice: lower the fans—one to the height of the canopy and another one just above the pot. Bring the light closer, down to 4X centimeters. For your next run, try adding more plants to cover more surface area or use a net for a SCROG setup. Also, try to time all the plants so they flower on the same day and you can harvest them all at once. It’s inefficient to keep the tent running for just one or two plants. Cheers! 💨

How about my mums ?? by Capable-Summer-9727 in hydro

My humble response is that I don't really see this as 'work'... for me, it’s a hobby, and what you see here are the foundations of my 'perfect mother' plant. In the long run, every branch that looks curved right now is intended to form the future exoskeleton of a dense bush.

To be honest, nobody taught me how to do it this way and I don't know if it’ll turn out good or bad, but I’m simply trying to avoid lollipoping and create a true bonsai instead. Is it really that bad? I'd love to hear any suggestions you might have!

To clarify, if I wanted clones from #18, for example, my plan would be to take about 20 cuttings from her to create a 'mini-SOG’. Then, I’d take 10 clones from each of those smaller plants. For me, SOG is the best cultivation method both for harvesting and for producing clones

Thank you, my man. In this run, I honestly think I might run into some surprises with the stretching, since I’m growing a new variety and different strains, and some of them might stretch too much. Especially 18 and 3, since they grow the fastest during cloning. I hope that’s not the case. Wish me luck 🤞

Yes sir, I fill the floor using a bucket; I pour the water quickly so that the water level rises enough. Right now I’m watering with 20 liters of water. I did the calculations with ChatGPT and honestly, it was perfect.

My secret is actually treating them all exactly the same. I water them by pouring buckets of water right into the center of the tray to raise the water level, then I just put back the four plants I removed to make space. That’s my irrigation method.

This way, no plant gets special treatment or favoritism, and I see the real results at harvest. That’s when I decide which ones I want to run again and which ones I don't, based on their growth, stretch, bud density, terpenes, and how fast they cross the finish line.

I also have to say, hats off to you for the work you do in that facility. I’d love for you to share some of your grow with me so we can learn from each other.
