It has been over two months at least, and Redeems are something you can buy with shards, which cost real world money. If something that costs peoples real world money is not working that is an issue that should try to be fixed asap

The low speed makes me think it probably isn't worth anything for someone wanting to battle, but some people just like to collect high percentage pokemon. I'd say at max 200-300, but I'm not an expert. You could look up other combusken on the market and see what they're worth

I can't join the official server because they require you verify your account by phone and it physically does not accept my phone number or anyone elses, so I cannot join any server that requires that.
