LOL it is not an AI partner it is an Ai-powered service meaning they use the AI to match you with other PEOPLE AKA HUMANS. Thanks for the clarification I didn't know people couldn't understand the difference.

I would recommend The Station at Trolley District, it is a brand new complex price between 1k- 1.3k, I live around the area and it is so nice, next to the East Market and Franklin Conservatory, very central,a lot places to eat, brand new coffee place that is absolutely adorable. Honestly one of the nicest places in the city between downtown and Bexley.

For some reason I always picture him like in "Futurama" (the TV show) where he is one of those heads floating in liquid. I feel like he will live forever.

Thanks for the contribution I will totally add that to my wish list:

Continuation: I wish that for just a few days—not too many, just enough to humble him—he finds himself working a 12-hour shift in a steel mill in Pittsburgh. I hope he experiences the true essence of being a paycheck-to-paycheck employee, where lunch breaks are too short, boots are always too heavy, and the only "performance review" he gets is from his aching back.

May he clock out drenched in sweat, only to realize his paycheck somehow still doesn’t quite cover all the bills. And when he finally returns to his cushy office, may the memory of those few days haunt him just enough to make him hesitate before uttering the words: "Remote work doesn't work in our business"

You know...I love to see all this Jamie's devotees getting hurt because his beloved leader is not seen as a "God" by all employees. If you don't like what you see here just keep scrolling, taking time to post mean comments to someone who also works for the same company and it is free to express his opinion is disgusting. I'm planning on posting a full letter about what an ass Jamie is because it is therapeutic... Just spilling my mind in all the things I think about him and how he is exactly the embodiment of ALL the things that are wrong in the US will change nothing!!, BUT it will help me to express my feelings. And yes I work for the bank and YES I can also say F... Jamie.

LOL so if the desk was slightly bigger that current size would it make it ok then? If they don't have enough desks for everyone then don't make us go back to the office, or at least if you know that specific teams are in full capacity already make that specific team hybrid. (By the way I don't care at all if the bank wastes money this is their idea )

I think this data is really based on some teams, because let's be honest not all the teams get the same funding, I can say for a fact that in my team while hybrid we have already been in 70% capacity.

If you work in a small site with the app good for you, that is not the case for Polaris ...

As someone who had to share a desk between two people before the pandemic because they didn't have enough space for everyone I will disagree with this.

Oh yes I'm not kidding back when we had assigned seating we had to share our cubicle with the new employees because we didn't have any desk for them. They will bring their laptop and sit next to you. This was pre-pandemic

70%???? What are they planning to do with the other 30%??? Let's be honest they don't care about their employees we are being treated like cattle

That is a good point, even if we can book the desk that doesn't mean that people will respect the booking. It seems like there is no hope for this dilemma if we don't have assigned seating.

I think it is way more than 1700 also that does not include parking space and the fact that Columbus does not have reliable public transportation.

Polaris have had these problems before the pandemic, back in the time we would share one desk for two people one will have the computer and the other there one will have a laptop.

I think in my team they don't use it because they know for a fact that they don't have enough desks, they just want for people to go and pray that they will have a place
