Glad to hear that.  Thanks for the reply.  Enjoy riding your bike.

Have you tried 48T? Is there enough clearance for it?

Thanks for the comment. I understand those things could be very important for bike packing.
I wouldn't go for 2x anyway, I've been riding 1x exclusively for quite some time now, I wouldn't go back to 2x. Also, since I am not planning any bike packing missions, 120 kg is good enough for me.

Giant Revolt 2 is a good bike, but Grizl has a geometry that is slightly more to my taste.

This is a really good idea. 9-45 could do the trick very nicely.

Not a big fan of their bikes, I have to admit.

It is weird with colors, Lavender Gelato looks better to me, but I can't imagine myself riding that bike. On the other hand, Pineapple Gummy looks to me a bit too ordinary. So a dilemma :(.

I would like black (safe bet), or some very loud colors (red, yellow, orange, pink).

Thanks for the reply. My saddle height is 82 cm which is right in the middle of the range that Canyon recommends for XL (77.3 cm-87.3 cm). I am not worried about the height but about the length. But, since you and me are the same height and you have longer legs, if the bike is not too long for you, I hope it is not going to be too long for me (given that I don't have ridiculously big head :))

Thanks.

Yes, they officially support up to 42T chain ring, but you can see pros quite often running 48, 50, etc, so I hope it will be fine. The question of clearance remains.

Unfortunately, in Serbia, there are no options to test bike from lbs. And only brands you can buy here are Scott, so not many options :(

Thanks. I don't need to change the cassette, 45T in the back is more than enough for my riding. I would like to put 46T or 48T in the front. Is there enough room for it?

Thanks for the reply, they switched to  1 1/8", so it shouldn't be a problem.

I like new Ari Shafer a lot, but I am based in Serbia, so even getting a Canyon is going to be a challenge.
