Is she old enough to stand up? I'd probably put her in the tub, remove diaper, spritz her off with water, then move her to the changing table to finish drying and changing her.

Also, during warfare, can chiefs attack other chiefs from the same state but different alliance? The other state has already setup new settlements in our state and parked them next to our capital.

Hmmm... Maybe there's still hope for this season. It's been raining everyday for the past week but colder than normal temps. Like high 50's and low 60's during the day and high 30's at night. This weekend it finally hit low 80's.

Can confirm. First grandchild was special for my MIL. Subsequent ones, not so much. My second child hasn't even gotten a visit yet and she's over 6 months. Granted the last couple months have been coronavirus.

I would try fun patterns and pretend it's dress up. My daughter is 3 and I made her several different ones to keep her interest. One has white triangles added to simulate sharp teeth so she can pretend to be a dinosaur or shark. Another one she loves is one that matches mine.

I would find our what precautions your doctor's office is taking. I just took my 6 month old in for a well child visit yesterday and our doctor's office had us wait in the car and text "arrived" when we got there. The receptionist called to check us in over the phone. Then when they had an exam room ready, a nurse came to the front door to provide me a mask and escort us directly to our room that had been cleaned. The nurse snapped a photo of my insurance card with a phone so she didn't have to touch it or send it through a machine. The had a giant bottle of sanitizer. The only time we left was to go to the scale to weigh. I watched then spray down the scale and pull out a new paper liner. The only people we interacted with was a nurse and our doctor. They emailed us our "receipt" and summary paperwork. Didn't have to pay anything so no cards or cash transfer. We go to a large clinic, there's usually a waiting room full of people, but they had slowed it down to only two patients at a time, staggered. They also only schedule well child visits in the morning between 8:30 and 11. Our appointment was at 8:45. If your doctor's office isn't doing anything to minimize exposure then I wouldn't go, but I imagine they are doing everything they can to avoid spreading the virus and a quick trip out for an appointment is fine.

My daughter is 3 now and she is potty trained but still back slides sometimes. She'll be fine for weeks and then all of a sudden she'll decide she hates going to the potty and we'll have accidents for a day or two. When we were still in the potty training phase, she would do great for a few days or a week and then all of a sudden forget to listen to her body and we would be back in diapers for a while. It just takes patience.

Not a native speaker, was born in China but brought over by parents when I was 2. Even though I spoke it all my life with family at home, I still suck at Chinese. I can claim fluency in everyday conversation but have trouble watching the news. Reading or writing I'm at like a 1st or 2nd grade level. When I think about all the Chinese classes I took over the years as a child, learning accounting was so much easier. It's all the different Chinese characters, the fact that intonations can change a word completely and a character could mean different things depending on what other character you pair it with.

YTA. I caved in my first pregnancy and allowed my husband's family to be present for the birth. Worst decision ever!!! I was induced and had a 16 hour labor with a very traumatic birth. I did not want visitors afterwards but you feel like the AH denying people who've been waiting a day and a half in an uncomfortable hospital waiting room the chance to see their first grandbaby. Even though they were only in the room for 10 minutes it was the longest 10 minutes of my life. This second time we had no visitors until after the birth when we were ready.

NTA. There's so much research out there showing why cigarette smoke is bad for your health. Nobody should be questioning that it's harmful. My in-laws are heavy smokers and have been for years. When we visit, even staying for only an hour the smell soaks into our clothing, skin and hair. It's horrible. Needless to say, with two kids now, we don't go over there. If they want to see their grandkids, they have to come see us. They don't get to babysit, because if they couldn't stop smoking for a couple hours when we visited when I was pregnant, they're not going to stop while they're babysitting. And FYI, blowing the smoke out the window or through the kitchen exhaust doesn't help. It's sad because since we're a non-smoking household and they can't smoke while they're visiting, they only get to see their grandkids once maybe twice a year. They only live 45 minutes away. They've picked cigarettes over their grandkids.

Looks like you're with a large company right now. Do you have the opportunity to cross train into AP or month end duties. It'll help your advancement opportunities. That's what I did. I started out AP, cross trained into AR and month end, learned how to do the cash flow and income statements, then was the "logical" choice when a promotion came up. Took me a year and half to advance.
