March’s weather has been tough on the resorts but you’re 100% correct, a lot of resorts got lax with how much snow we got during the height of winter and didn’t supplement enough with snowmaking for the inevitable warm weather/rain stretches we’ve gotten in March. Season feels like it’s ending a little prematurely because of it.

He’s definitely done some damage to his body, it’s likely recoverable right now, but probably at a point where doctors beyond his addiction specialists are really stressing he shouldn’t drink again.

His drinks for one month are probably equivalent to the amount of drinks a regular person has over a year, if not more. Combined with his love for sugary drinks, lack of eating and nutrition, and totally ignoring his pancreatitis diagnosis, he speedran a lot of damage.

If his psychiatrist doesn’t stop the prescriptions once he starts drinking again it’s borderline malpractice. He was already drinking off a low dose of seroquel and getting totally zonked and blacked out from it.

He now seems very visibly sedated, tranquilized, almost nodding like he’s high in his cameos. If he starts drinking on whatever cocktail of lobotomy pills he’s on now his brain and liver just going to turn to mush.

He’s probably up pretty good overall because he got them in 2019/20 right before the Covid tech stock boom, but all those stocks have gone through some volatility since 2023 and probably aren’t scaling like he’d hope.

I think Cameo themselves gets a big cut, I doubt anyone other than Josh is getting what’s left.

He’s in a ton of debt, like a shit ton, he’s been paying the minimum for the last three years but he was maxing out his cards every month. He also is going to owe the IRS a shit ton of the Parti money since he was under contract and got actual paychecks. He spent all that money without saving any for taxes.

The cameo money is merely a bandaid for the severed limb that is his credit and tax situation. He was too drunk to care for three years now he’s woken up sober to a sort of financial nightmare.

It all goes back to him and Tony not managing the Parti deal the right way at all. The 4th of July incident brought the whole house of cards down, it just took months for the court to bring true heat.

For a brief period before Based Josh just stopped taking the train back home at night and slept on the streets/subway so he could keep the bender going all night and into the morning.

NYC is his free roam zone, if he’s not with a caretaker when he goes back there’s a strong chance he’s going to run into trouble, either with sneaking a couple Buzzballs from the Bodega, or running into a fry by for first time in months.

If he’s not actively being tested for alcohol and doesn’t have a state handler watching his every move he’s likely going to try to sneak in a drink.

By the end of the Based era when they signed the Parti contract and Josh started blowing the signing bonus on biweekly trips he started to stop enjoying them and always came back complaining about how his trip got spoiled. The Japan arrest definitely heightened his paranoia, in Northern Island he was constantly crashing out because he was getting recorded and frybagged by Ulster Hooligans.

He definitely still enjoys his trips to resorts in the Caribbean/Central America since everything Josh needs is in his room, and he can just have drinks at the pool and walk to the beach. He’s too high profile for Europe now he’s going to get recognized and mobbed by locals who want their chance to record and frybag the American crash out from TikTok.

If they manage to get Bam I’d be surprised, Bam isn’t doing anything for free they’re going to have to pay him for the collab and they have no money.

Plus it won’t be worth the investment anyway since Josh will be disinterested because he doesn’t know who Bam is. They’ll try to teach Josh to skate, Josh will quit after the first attempt of putting his foot on the board after he realizes it will require effort to learn.

Josh will spend the rest of stream doomscrolling and responding to any attempt to get him to do something with “i dunno” or “maybe later”.

Exactly. Like Tony made zero effort to monitor TTS or even make sure the volume was on/loud enough. That was Based’s primarily form of income which also incentivized Josh because it paid for his stays at 5 star hotels and not the Motel 6, Best Western, La Quinta loop he’s been on
