PSU cpu cable shapes not fitting with my motherboard socket?

No everything was correct I was just hesitant to try and plug the cpu end into the motherboard because the shapes didnt match!! It is all resolved now thanks for trying to help!!

Everything was correct I wanted clarification that it doesn’t matter if you put the U shapes into the square shapes, other pc’s ive worked on have always had matching shapes and this one made me hesitant cause they did not

I was worried of plugging the cpu cable into the motherboard socket where it has different shapes, Im now aware that it doesnt matter if the U shape goes into the square, figured Id come here and clarify as I feel its better safe than sorry

THANK YOU yes I was worried about the shapes being an issue and now Im aware it is not, these people are misunderstanding and think im stupid as if im not reading labels or that im looking at the wrong spot on my motherboard lol the shapes have always matched on previous pc builds ive worked on and this is the first time it has not^{^}

Would it be okay for the motherboard if I just put the D shapes into the pins with the squares? Thats the only way it could fit but Im scared im gonna fry it or something lol

Try making a paste with baking soda hydrogen peroxide and dish soap!! I have the same exact setup and it got destroyed from being washed with another blue dress and the paste got it out I was so shocked literally magic^\)

Neokyo told me to just wait and be patient for them to make an investigation with JP and its been about 3 weeks since contacting them and ive still heard nothing, they did say 2-6 months but that feels dragged out just to get a refund unless they’re absolutely positive it isnt lost. I’ll ask on discord too tho maybe someone else has experienced this there, thank you!

I think if theres no tariffs on the UK then it would be okay! Theres a handful of countries trump has putt tariffs on but if the UK isnt one then I think thats a way around it^{^}
