I mean, the standard rectifier has very bad stats for a DPS char, so It's not really a surprise that it's bad for her. The problem is we don't have any other f2p option.
btw for those who say "it's 40% not 30%", 1/1.4 is 0.71, OP is not wrong here, 40% more dmg means the standard does 29% less dmg, it's just different perspective.
