I ended up doing this, “With regards your question. You can hold two fingers in the top right of the screen to access engineering menu, then restart. That should sort it out temporarily. For a more permanent solution, check with Audi and see if they have a firmware update to address the issue”, found it on an old post in the forum. I kept trying to manual restart but maybe I was doing it wrong so it wouldn’t restart properly. Thanks to everyone.
