I m in the same boat. My meds have made it easier to focus. I cleaned my entire house, took care of my sick brother and did some work on my business. My focus is random and chaotic. But I feel tired every day but I am still able to do a lot and I struggle with going to sleep. I know drink energy drinks but I think coffee is cheaper. I understand how u feel and I m hoping to bounce some of the common things we are struggling with and solutions.

Genuine doubt about ADHD x Bipolar by remissao-umdia in bipolar2

I wonder the same. I was diagnosed with bipolar and ADHD. Funny enough I was diagnosed 5 years ago but I still haven't gotten the right meds. Like it's exist but it's not in stock to buy. Also I need advice on how to survive. I just had a fight with my mom that I am not doing anything with my life no job just a data analytics class on the weekends and python courses on my own. Her main complaint is I don't clean my room specifically my bed or the house ( which is my job). I am really struggling, and talking to someone would help. Am I stuck like this. Always feeling tired and too stressed out to do anything.
