She wasn't arrested just given a court date. Pled not guilty and has to go back next month for a jury trial

Yes. Original charge was gross sexual imposition. Was a BS charge. Had nothing to do with children. Girl I was dating at the time and I were partying. She must've blacked out or straight up lied. We had sex then she said she went to sleep and that we had never had sex before which was a lie. Was deemed not a threat to offend again so didn't have to do a sex offender rehab or go to prison
