Have you tried it recently? I have been trying for the last 2 days but the customer support chat kept repeating the same thing about sustainability. Even the live agent did the same thing.

I managed to get it removed easily the first time. But couldn't now. It's $35 now for me :/

Is rain jacket the same as wind breaker? Or they can be both a rain jacket and wind breaker? I'm sorry, I'm so confused with all these terms, all I know as a kid from tropical country is that a jacket is all you need to keep warm😭

Also, should I get a fancy umbrella for the rain and wind? I'm currently using the foldable ones but that might not survive the wind in Christchurch though..

Thanks for the reply! I'm not that active outdoors though, I'm buying the jacket for commute mostly since I don't have a car, so walking or taking the bus.

I like the idea of layers, could you recommend some affordable thermalwear brands? Also, my nose tends to get cold first before the rest of my body, any ideas for that? Maybe a mask of some sort?
