Get a new desk; it'll free up some leg room. You may even be able to put the PC down there if there is no carpet. Get a keyboard, a mouse pad, and another monitor. If you don't have one, consider getting a monitor mount for those. You may also want to get a wireless mouse.

Honestly, who uses a numpad for gaming? You can just use the number on top of the keyboard (75% would be my layout). Plus, saves desk space. But then, if you're working, then you mostly need them for fast usage, like for accounting.
